Good morning, folks. Hope this finds you well. We’re knee deep in fall right now so I hope you’re out there and enjoying it in whatever way you do that. For me it’s a bit of hiking, a bit of movie watching, and a bit of cold fighting 😉

So today I thought we could sort of get our fingers on the pulse of our current situations and talk to Zero about what 3 things we should know right now. As we move forward with this we can continually check in if there’s something that would serve us in that moment, but for today…

What are three things you’d like us to know right now?

1. You are all one. Your science has demonstrated that although you appear physical and separate from one another, you are all unique vibrations of one source energy. While you may appear separate but you are fundamentally one.

2. Much like each other you are not separate from your world. Plants, rocks, moons, stars… Source energy encompasses all things. You are not merely connected to these things, you are them.

3. All change comes first on an energetic level. To create change in your world, from personal to universal, it must come from inside you first. The frequencies of your thoughts and beliefs create the outside world you perceive. Much like a reflection, you are seeing the current state of your inner world reflected to you as the outside world. In this way, you can use the outside world to guide you. If there is an experience you do not prefer, make changes to your thoughts and beliefs to change your experience. As you are not just part of the whole of existence but the whole itself, a change in you, is a change in the whole. A change in you not only affects you as an individual, you are changing everything. You are fundamentally Source energy. During this time of great change, this shift, you are awakening and beginning to remember who you really are and just how powerful you can be.”

This information really helps get some perspective. We look at politics, the environment, relationships with one another… It’s easy to react in frustration and anger over our perceived differences. But our differences do not separate us and if we want to move forward, it needs to be done together.

What are your thoughts? Feel free to leave them in the comments below and we’ll see you again soon!
